Repairs and Maintenance

Maintenance is a high priority because of the cost and needs to protect your major asset. It is our strict policy that owners are contacted and authorisation is obtained before work can be carried out (except for emergency repairs after hours). read more

Timing of Inspections

The optimum lead up time for leasing your property is four weeks. This ensures that all prospective renters are aware of the property, and allows us time to show prospective renters through in which turn decreases the length of time your property will be vacant. read more
