Rental Payments

We ensure you receive your rental payments via electronic transfer into your nominated account. This usually occurs within two/three business days of receipt. A statement is forwarded to you via email following each rental payment. If you prefer we will have a cheque attached to your statement and sent directly to you.

At the close of each financial year, an income and expenditure report is also emailed out. Tenants are encouraged to pay their rent via a Quick Rent card system. This enables tenants to Bpay the rent through their financial institution directly into our bank account.

Using the same card tenants are able to pay through any Australia Post outlet throughout Australia. This allows for rent to be received on the due date and any problems with rental payments to be sorted out immediately.

This system improves cash flow and enables rent payments to be more readily available to the landlord. There is no cost to you for the added value this service will provide to you and your tenants.

Tenants may also pay rent directly to us, via prearranged direct debit or to our offices by cash or cheque (tenants are asked to pay rent three days prior to the rent due date if paying by cheque).
