Rental Reviews

Rents are reviewed annually and we like to ensure that you receive full market rent for your property.

We take into account such factors as current market rentals, vacancy, the general condition of the property and quality of the tenant and length of their tenancy.

All increases are discussed with you for final approval. Under the Residential Tenancies Act 1997, we must give a tenant 60 days notice of an increase in rental; this, of course, must come into effect after the expiration of the lease.
