Timing of Inspections

Our experience has shown that the optimum lead up time for leasing your property is four weeks. This ensures that all prospective tenants are aware of the property, and allows us time to show prospective tenants through in which turn decreases the length of time your property will be vacant.

We arrange inspections for viewing the property with you, and we recommend mid-morning to afternoon on Saturdays and evenings on weekdays.

We arrange inspections by appointment as enquiry is generated. We always work around your specified time frame.
