Repairs and Maintenance

Before tenant occupancy or within the duration of the lease, certain maintenance may be required.

Maintenance is a high priority because of the cost and needs to protect your major asset. It is our strict policy that owners are contacted and authorisation is obtained before work can be carried out (except for emergency repairs after hours).

We have developed a base of qualified tradespeople to cover the requirements of owners who instruct us to attend to matters on their behalf. However, upon your instruction, we can engage qualified tradespeople of your choice. Repairs carried out on your behalf are paid
for from your rental funds held in trust. Click here to make a repair request.

Full details of the repairs are printed on your monthly statement with a copy of relevant invoices attached for your tax records.
