It makes him appreciate how important his work is to his clients and how it has a profound financial effect on their lives.

He also speaks fluent Farsi, which is a great advantage in the local area.

A member of the YMCA tennis competition team and the Epping Tennis Club, Bijan is a proud family man and a passionate classical Spanish guitar player in his spare time.

We spoke to Bijan about what he likes most about his job at Love & Co. and living in the area.

What do you like most about working at Love & Co?
I enjoy the people that I work with and the support I have received throughout my time here. It feels more like a family support network than an employer. I was drawn to the family nature of Love & Co, its history and its longstanding reputation in the community, and I feel that management values individual employees’ personal attributes and goals and what they contribute uniquely.

What does a typical day at work look like for you?
My day is always very busy, from phone call after phone call and plenty of admin work. Time flies by, which is good! I’m certainly never bored and I’m always challenged, which is what I like.

What are the most important skills and qualities that make your team successful?
Listening is the most important skill which allows you to service the client correctly. The supportive team environment in the office is strong, which allows me to leverage when I need help.

What do you love about living/working in Epping?
I enjoy the people and the area. There are many colourful personalities I come into contact with from various backgrounds which always strengthens my social skills, and there is certainly plenty of shops and places to enjoy my time after work – namely Cosco, Epping Plaza, Crunch and various other amenities.

I particularly enjoy the area for its mix of old and new properties, its multicultural flavour and its affordability. I’m inspired by the growth that’s going on all around me, which makes it such an interesting place to live and work, with plenty of opportunities to learn and challenge myself along the way.

What’s your favourite local business and why?
I love the Epping tennis club. I enjoy a casual hit during lunch breaks and competitions I participate in after work. I have met some good friends during this activity.

Love & Co. have a team of dedicated, experienced professionals who are committed to using their knowledge and network to support their clients. For your local real estate needs, Bijan or the team are always eager to help.
