A lifelong local of Bundoora and Kingsbury, Venessa Pane brings a strong understanding of Melbourne’s northern suburbs to her role as Inspection Manager at Love & Co. Having lived in the area for thirty-three years, she values its family-friendly atmosphere, established neighbourhoods and close-knit sense of community. For Venessa, the northern suburbs will always feel like home, and she enjoys supporting the people and properties within the area she knows so well. 

Venessa began her real estate career shortly after graduating from high school in 2010, starting in an administrative role before progressing into property management. With fifteen years of industry experience, including a short career break and maternity leave, she has developed a practical understanding of the day-to-day responsibilities involved in caring for properties and supporting clients. Now returning to the industry as her son turns two, Venessa is excited to continue growing her career and contribute her experience to the Love & Co team. 

Friendly, organised and highly dependable, Venessa is known for her clear communication, attention to detail and calm, solutions-focused approach. She understands the importance of building positive relationships with rental providers, renters and colleagues, while ensuring inspections and property matters are handled efficiently and professionally. Venessa enjoys the variety that comes with real estate, particularly the opportunity to solve problems, support people and help achieve positive outcomes. Her approachable nature and positive attitude help clients feel comfortable reaching out, knowing she will listen carefully and do her best to assist.

Venessa chose Love & Co because of the people and the supportive team environment. She values working alongside colleagues who have also become close friends and appreciates the flexibility her role provides, allowing her to balance her career with family life. Outside of work, Venessa loves spending time with her son, whom she considers her best friend, and planning new adventures with her family. She is also naturally organised, believes everything has its place and is usually kept going by coffee or a can of Coke No Sugar.
