Terri Nicolia brings an impressive 23 years of experience in the real estate industry to her role as Business Development Manager at Love & Co.  Terri is well-versed in developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain clients, grow businesses, and generate revenue.

Terri’s unique strengths lie in her ability to build and nurture relationships with property owners and investors, coupled with her expertise in new business acquisition and marketing. She is renowned for her strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and organisational prowess, allowing her to exceed expectations and achieve outstanding results consistently.

Specialising in properties across Melbourne, Terri’s preference lies in the inner north and city-edge suburbs. She finds immense satisfaction in exceeding owners’ expectations and maximising their income. Terri is driven by a desire to be known as a property specialist who not only increases the value of current customers’ income but also attracts new ones by identifying and developing new markets and business opportunities.

Outside of work, Terri enjoys entertaining friends and family, travelling, painting, sewing, and starting her mornings with invigorating walks. Her decision to join Love & Co was motivated by the company’s commitment to innovation, evolution, and a supportive team environment under the leadership of Director Michael Love.
