Sarah Belcher joins Love & Co as our Brand & Communications Manager, bringing a deep understanding of storytelling, community connection and brand-building shaped by more than a decade working across marketing, public relations, media, brand and communications. Having lived in Melbourne’s northern suburbs for most of her life, Sarah’s connection to the area is personal and layered. From childhood mornings at the Preston Market with her grandparents to weekends wandering High Street Northcote and Thornbury, she has experienced the north as a place of culture, creativity and strong community ties. These lived experiences shape how she approaches her role, with a focus on reflecting the people, places and stories that make the area feel like home.

Throughout her career, Sarah has also worked on publishing, advertising, social media, events, writing, editing, tendering and business development projects where she developed and executed campaigns and communications that cut through and connect with others. Highlights include leading major rebrands, delivering large-scale events with more than 2,000 attendees, presenting at events and webinars, contributing to an industry podcast and securing notable tenders. Her academic background includes degrees in Writing and Publishing, and Communication and Media (Public Relations), alongside leadership and professional development training that supports her collaborative, considered approach.

Sarah is drawn to real estate through her love of all things ‘home’ and the role housing plays in people’s lives. She admires the drive and care shown by those working in the industry and values the opportunity to support people as they move into new personal chapters. At Love & Co, she is excited to share the stories of Melbourne’s northern suburbs, grow the brand within the community and build meaningful connections with locals. Outside of work, Sarah is an avid reader and podcast listener, a keen foodie, a live music fan and a devoted AFL supporter. She is also kept busy by her cheeky Beagle, Sadie.
