With more than 25 years of industry experience, Rebecca approaches her dynamic and diverse role as Senior Property Manager with an investor mindset, focusing on providing astute advice on how to maximise the success of your investment property. She’s cultivated exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to negotiate, enabling her to deftly navigate the relationship with both landlords and tenants.

Empathetic and caring, Rebecca will listen intently to your needs and act upon them, with your satisfaction being her highest priority. Skilled in the development of property management teams, she’s instrumental in mentoring junior staff and implementing new procedures to facilitate the smooth operation of the agency. She’s diligent about keeping ahead of the game when it comes to new systems and changes to the Residential Tenancy Act.

Immersed in the local community, Rebecca loves the beautiful surroundings and is passionate about playing her role in the area’s growth. Awarded team member of the year in a former role, she was thrilled to join the family at Love & Co Ivanhoe, encouraged by the excellent service ethic, glowing reviews and camaraderie of the team, who are always willing to help.

In her downtime, Rebecca enjoys reading to educate herself, walking her beloved labradors and cooking experimental meals that her family are hesitant to eat!
