Since following her passion into property in 2014, Priscilla has honed her in-depth local market knowledge, making her a wealth of information on the area. She enjoys the opportunity to be proactive when it comes to maximising the potential of landlords’ investment properties. She equally enjoys being able to find tenants a new home and support them throughout their tenancy.
As a proud Mernda local, Priscilla loves that the area is attracting plenty of young families. She adores the welcoming community, wonderful parklands and flourishing dining scene, which she’s particularly thrilled about given her love for cooking and new dining experiences.
