Nivya Shetty
Meeting new clients, building trust and providing a roof over people’s heads are aspects of her dynamic property management role that bring Nivya immense pleasure. As both a migrant and a local of more than a decade, she has an inherent ability to easily connect with the area’s culturally diverse clientele.
After completing an MBA, Nivya spent two years as an HR Business Generalist, two years working in the Real Estate industry, and five years working in student accommodation, where she always managed 100% occupancy, before following her passion into property management.
Nivya’s broad understanding of matters of customer service, rental arrears, repairs and maintenance, and representing landlords at tribunal hearings make her an invaluable asset to her clients, enhanced by strong communication skills.
Nivya was excited to become part of a company with such vast experience, having been established in 1945, and as a proud local she’s delighted to be able to give something back to the community she loves. Along with Love & Co’s longevity in the industry, she’s encouraged by the supportive culture and great team. On a personal note, Nivya’s an avid cook, however it’s playing with her beautiful children that she’s most passionate about.
