Natasha De Vito brings broad experience across sales, property management, business development and business ownership to her role as Business Development Manager. Having worked closely with rental providers and renters throughout her career, she has developed a strong understanding of what clients need from their property management experience. Natasha knows that successful working relationships are built through clear communication, trust and consistent follow-through. She treats every property with care and understands the responsibility that comes with managing one of a client’s most important assets.

Personable, approachable and driven, Natasha has a natural ability to help people feel comfortable from their first conversation. She takes the time to understand each client’s circumstances, priorities and property goals before recommending a suitable approach. These experiences have strengthened her communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, all of which support her work with rental providers. In her current role, Natasha is focused on developing new relationships, growing the rental portfolio and becoming a trusted presence within Melbourne’s northern suburbs.

Outside of work, Natasha is a busy mum of two who enjoys being involved in her children’s school, activities and local church. She keeps active by playing tennis and enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring homes and interiors, and travelling whenever the opportunity arises. Proud of her Italian background, Natasha also loves teaching her children how to prepare traditional Italian food.
