Having lived in the local area for more than 20 years, Natalie Tawil brings a strong understanding of the community and a people-first approach to her role as Assistant Property Manager at Love & Co. With a background in customer service and hospitality management, she has developed excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, allowing her to build positive relationships and deliver a high standard of service. She enjoys working with people from all walks of life and is committed to creating a smooth and supportive experience for every client. 

Although new to the real estate industry, Natalie is excited by the opportunities it offers and is eager to continue learning and developing her skills. Her previous experience in customer-focused roles has taught her the importance of listening carefully, staying organised under pressure, and following through on every commitment. She approaches each day with a positive attitude and is always looking for ways to grow both personally and professionally. 

Joining Love & Co marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter in Natalie’s career. She was drawn to the opportunity to enter the real estate industry and is looking forward to expanding her knowledge while working alongside an experienced and supportive team. One of her long-term goals is to transition into residential sales, and she is enthusiastic about building the skills and experience needed to achieve that ambition. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys keeping up with the AFL and spending time with family and friends.
