Mitchell Zile
When Mitchell Zile joined the Love & Co family as an Owners Corporation Manager, he brought with him a decade of management experience across Australia, including specialist knowledge in the WA, Queensland and Victorian property markets.
Skilfully managing a large portfolio of properties, Mitchell is organised, detail oriented and direct – three qualities he believes have served him well in strata management.
Prior to his work with Love & Co, Mitchell was the Director of a Perth real estate agency where he grew the property portfolio from a base of 80 to 300 within two years, later establishing an additional branch in Queensland.
Mitchell believes one of the key challenges currently facing the strata management industry is the changing demographic of owners. The influx of new technology has created two vastly different communities who dwell side by side in strata.
He’s passionate about bridging the gap between these communities and exceeding the expectations of both to achieve positive results through tailored communications systems.
Mitchell’s philosophy is fact based. He respects clients and stakeholders by providing precise information no matter what the circumstances, always delivered with efficiency and transparency so that all parties can work towards effective solutions.
He has a Diploma in Property Services (Agency Management) and also holds a current Registered Triennial Certificate in Western Australia from the Department of Commerce.
