Kiana Minenko brings extensive experience across real estate, customer service, retail management, and community-focused roles to her position as property manager at Love & Co. Throughout her career in real estate, she has developed strong capabilities in property management, client relationships, negotiation, and problem-solving. Her earlier experience as a retail sales assistant and manager also strengthened her understanding of customer needs, leadership, and team management, shaping her people-focused approach to every interaction.

As a long-term local resident, Kiana has a strong understanding of the area and the people who call it home. She appreciates its family-oriented character, the mix of established residents and new families, and the continued development creating opportunities across the local property market. This knowledge helps her understand the priorities of both Rental Providers and Renters, allowing her to provide informed and personalised support.
