Since beginning his real estate career in 2000, Jordan Gardner has developed extensive experience across residential and commercial property. He has worked with established real estate businesses and volume builders, gaining a practical understanding of different markets, property types and sales environments. His direct communication style, considered advice and ability to respond to changing market conditions allow him to guide clients confidently through each stage of the sales process. Having previously lived in Preston, Jordan also understands the character of Melbourne’s northern suburbs and the communities connecting the region with Bendigo and Heathcote. 

Auctioneering has played a central role throughout Jordan’s career. During his time as a chief auctioneer, he helped establish his office as an auction leader in its local market, with its results contributing to the business becoming the area’s number one sales firm. Jordan called more than 100 auctions each year during this period and consistently achieved clearance rates above the state average. His capabilities have also been recognised through finalist placements in both national and Victorian auctioneering competitions. 

Jordan brings the structure, momentum and transparency of residential sales to his work in commercial property. His approach centres on presenting each property to the market, listening closely to buyer feedback and helping vendors form informed expectations. He values clear conversations and believes that providing clients with timely, straightforward information supports better decisions. Outside real estate, Jordan volunteers as a mentor for at-risk teenagers, supporting young people through challenging stages of their lives. He enjoys cooking, particularly slow-smoking meats and making salami and charcuterie, along with reading science fiction, playing video games and listening to a wide range of music. Before entering real estate, Jordan studied anthropology, an interest he may return to in the future. Coming from a family of performers, he feels naturally at home in front of an auction crowd.
