With six years of experience across Oakleigh, Melbourne CBD and now the Northern Suburbs, Elias Karpathakis brings a people-focused approach to property management at Love & Co. His career began in Oakleigh where he built a strong foundation in the industry, later expanding his skills in the city’s fast-paced market. Today, he applies that knowledge to support renters and rental providers in Melbourne’s north with care and efficiency.
Elias believes that every person has a story, and understanding these stories is key to creating positive outcomes in real estate. Known for his approachable nature and ability to quickly adapt to new technology, he ensures property processes run smoothly for all clients. One of his proudest career moments was during COVID, when he successfully leased 40 vacant properties within two months, demonstrating persistence and results under pressure.
The Northern Suburbs hold special meaning for Elias, reflecting his own family’s migrant journey and the diverse communities that continue to thrive there. He values the mix of established homes and modern developments that showcase the north’s growth and evolution. Professionally, he has also completed REIV training in both introductory and intermediate commercial property management, strengthening his ability to work across residential and commercial portfolios.
Outside of work, Elias enjoys exploring his cultural roots through food and music, supporting Melbourne in the AFL, and spending time gaming or learning Chaldean/Assyrian.
