Your New Role:

  • Identification of new commercial sales & listing opportunities
  • Negotiating property transactions
  • Maintaining accurate tenancy schedules and manage all items referred to in the tenancy schedule
  • Organising and conducting inspections and report feedback for owners
  • Growing our client database by sourcing new commercial properties
  • Working with our teams to help build market reports that ensure you have the knowledge and confidence to quickly become the commercial expert
  • Maintain adherence to legislative compliance and regulations
  • Attending to routine, ingoing/outgoing & sales inspections
  • Adhering to policies, procedures, and company standards
  • Attending and participating in meetings and functions as required including team and company meetings

 

Ideally, what we want from you:

  • 2+ Years in a similar role
  • Experience navigating the commercial sales and leasing arena
  • Proven client/customer focus
  • Genuine willingness to learn and grow
  • Australian Driver’s License
  • Suitable real estate qualifications
