The Opportunity 

Due to our continued strong growth, we are actively seeking to appoint a dynamic Commercial Property Manager to join our highly successful & growing commercial team in VIC.

 

About you:

  • Passionate about real estate and commercial property management
  • Experienced in navigating the property management landscape (end-to-end)
  • Highly organised and committed to customer experience excellence
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Hold a valid Agents Rep certificate
  • Hold a valid driver’s license

 

Key areas of the role: 

  • Managing all aspects of your commercial property portfolio
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Liaising with owners and renters
  • Managing portfolio day-to-day queries
  • Lease audits
  • Preparing correspondence to tenants in relation to arrears
  • Ensuring property management files are kept up to date
  • Arranging maintenance and repairs
  • Routine inspections
  • Undertaking condition reports
