Ingrid was such an amazing property manager from start to finish during the couple of years we were renting through Love & Co. She always went above and beyond to make sure any maintenance requests we made were addressed quickly and efficiently. She was a very open communicator and was very good at explaining all of the processes eg. inspections, vacating etc. In addition, she took great care during COVID-19 to ensure we knew about all of the different financial help schemes when my partner and I both had our work cut back and were worried about rent payments.

We bought a block of 10 units managed by Love & Co Thornbury. We weren't sure of what to expect from them, but kept them on as the managing agents.

Good that we did, because I have to say Jennie and Sarah have been a complete delight! They really put their heart into their work, and treat our units like they are their own.

They seem to have struck a perfect balance between being responsive to the tenant's needs, but also managing them well. We haven't had a problem tenant yet, they seem to screen prospective tenants well, and make the tenant's obligations clear to them.

Despite the unexpected tragic loss of one Thornbury's directors, and coronavirus, the Love Thornbury team have dug very deep and carried on. And as an interstate investor, we couldn't be happier.
